Parties are scheduled regularly at the Seasons Club. At our mid summer pot luck, residents headed poolside to chat. Our winter holiday pot luck was attended by more than one hundred residents and the festivities continued into the evening. Many residents have invited neighbors to more intimate holiday gathererings in their homes as the new year approaches.

Classes are offered at the Seasons Club for resident members. Spin classes are very popular on our brand new top end spin bicycles. Yoga classes are moved outdoors on the lakeview deck during the summer months. Personal trainers can be scheduled. Classes are a great way to meet your neighbors.

The Seasons Club is a year round facility. Tennis, swimming, fitness, ping pong, games, cafe and reading lounge. Plus a full service Aveda spa. All homeowners at Seasons are automatically members.

Our final homes are the Oneida and the Fairview Styles. The Oneida is 2180 Square Feet, and the Fairview is 2450 Square Feet. All of our remaining homes have wonderful lake views. Notwithstanding the global financial turmoil, homes at Seasons continue to sell because buyers have confidence in the values in this project. Supporting a community project to protect predatory bird habitat and nesting areas, SEASONS developer LDC erected an elevated cedar platform along the lake shore. The platform is visible from dozens of homes at SEASONS. Within a few days, a pair of ospreys took up residence. Hopefully the ospreys will build a nest and lay eggs next spring. Significant bird habitat is easily accessible from SEASONS. Within the community natural areas have been retained to attract predatory and song birds.
