The Oneida is our best selling home style in Phase 3. The home is 2200 square feet with three bedrooms and a den. The laundry room is on the main floor for convenience. These homes have lake views, and all owners are members of the SEASONS CLUB. The home is fully landscaped and includes appliances. Buyers can select many interior finishes. Showhomes are open daily and prices have been reduced. We have sold six of these homes in the popular SEASONS community during the past few months in response to our new prices.
